The Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) for admission to MCA Course in Government, Aided and Self financing colleges for the academic year 2010-?11, to the seats coming under the allotment of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala, will be held on the 4th, 5th & 6th of October 2010 at ?The Institution of Engineers Hall?, Opp. Kanakakunnu, Museum, Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram.
Candidates in the Rank range 1 to 200 have to report for allotment at 10 am and those from Rank 201 to 400, at 1.30 pm on 4.10.2010 (Monday).
Candidates in the rank range 401 to 900 have to report at 10 am on 5.10.2010 (Tuesday) and those in the rank range 901 to 1500, at 1.30 pm on 5.10.2010 for allotment.
Allotment for ranks from 1501 and above will be at 10 am on 6.10.2010 (Wednesday).
Individual memo will not be sent to the candidates regarding CAP.
Candidates or their Authorized representatives (in which case Authorization letter in the format given in Annexure VII of the Prospectus is necessary), should be present at the allotment venue as per their General Rank, 30 minutes before the time allotted to them.
Candidates/Representatives should produce the Admit card of the Entrance Examination and all original documents/certificates to prove Academic Eligibility, Equivalency, Date of Birth etc. as per the Prospectus conditions.
Candidates will have the facility at the allotment venue to register options for vacancies arising in future. Those who do not attend CAP will not be considered for re-allotment, even if vacancies arise.
Fee in Government/Aided Colleges and in the Government Seats in Government Sponsored Self Financing Colleges will be Rs. 7,000/-. The fee for the Government seats in Self financing Colleges/Management Seats in Government Sponsored Self Financing Colleges will be Rs. 38,500/-. Those who take allotment during CAP will have to remit the course fee at the allotment venue itself immediately, by way of Cash or Demand Draft. Extension of time will not be granted for remittance of fee. Those getting allotted in re-allotment will have to pay the course fee at the time of admission in the college.
Candidates who take allotment should report to the colleges allotted on 11th, 12th or 13th of October 2010, for taking admission.
