The first round allotment process of the PG Super Speciality (DM/M.Ch) Courses 2010 is scheduled to be held on 10.08.2010 at 10.30 a.m in the Directorate of Medical Education, situated in the Thiruvananthapuram Government Medical College campus. The allotment for General Merit candidates will be based on the ranklists, which are published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE).
All the candidates as detailed below are required to attend the counseling.

All the service quota candidates included in the rank list published by the DHS are also required to attend the counseling on the same day. The allotment will be provisional and subject to the final direction of the High Court of Kerala in the writ petitions/appeals in this regard.
Candidates desire to attend the counseling will have to download the prescribed format of preference form from the website www.dme.kerala.gov.in . Allotment will be based on the rank list published by CEE/ DHS and availability of seats. If a candidate is not able to attend the allotment process, the parent/guardian or any authorised person can act as proxy at the risk of the candidate. Such authorised person should produce an authorisation letter in the prescribed format which can be downloaded from the website. Candidates have to produce the admit card of the entrance examination and the original certificates as mentioned in the Prospectus.
The allotment will be purely provisional and no admissions will be made for the allotted candidates until further direction by the High Court in this regard. The candidates are advised to have a close watch on the website of DME (
