Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Housing board Buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram-695001, has invited applications for the Entrance Examination for admission to Post Graduate Degree Course in Pharmacy-2009 in (a) Pharmaceutical Analysis (b) Pharmacognosy & Phyto-chemistry (c) Pharmaceutics (d) Pharmacology (e) Pharmacy Practice (f) Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
Applicant should be an Indian citizen of Kerala origin. For sponsored seats all Indian citizens are eligible. Applicant should have obtained a B.Pharm Degree from any of the Universities in Kerala or equivalent thereto from an institution recognized by the AICTE and the Pharmacy Council of India with a minimum of 50% marks for all the four years of B Pharm examination taken together. For ?Lecturer in Pharmacy? who seek admission against the reserved quota, the minimum marks will be 50% (except in the case of Pharmacy Practice, for which minimum of 55% is required).
Selection except for seats reserved for Lecturer in Pharmacy and Sponsored candidates will be based on an Entrance Examination to be conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examination, Kerala on 07.02.2010 at Thiruvananthapuram. The examination will consist of one paper of three hours duration with 200 objective (multiple choice) questions

Application fee of Rs.800/- has to be remitted at any branch of State Bank of Travancore. Applicants residing outside Kerala, can remit the application fee by way of Demand Draft drawn from any Nationalized Bank in favour of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, payable at Thiruvananthapuram. Application fee for service candidates is Rs.800/- which is to be remitted in the Treasury under the Head of Account ?0210-03-105-99?.
