The National Power Training Institute (NPTI), Faridabad (Haryana), has invited applications for admission to its two-year fulltime MBA programme in power management for the year 2010?12. This is a pioneering venture to develop world-class business managers with a thorough understanding of power sector. Those who have obtained BE / B.Tech. or equivalent degree with 60 per cent marks in aggregate of all semesters (SC/ST requires minimum pass marks) are eligible to apply. Selection is on the basis of IIM-CAT 2009 score followed by group discussion and interview at NPTI, Faridabad.

The admission counselling will be held on May 3, 2010 and the course will commence on August 2, 2010.
The National Power Training Institute, Southern Region, Neyveli (Tamil Nadu), has invited applications for admission to its Graduate Engineers Course (Thermal) commencing from February 1, 2010. Duration of this course is one-year fulltime and on-job training is also included. Total seats: 50.
BE/ B.Tech. in mechanical / electrical and electronics / instrumentation engineering with minimum of 60 per cent marks with first class /grade. Upper age limit is 30 years as on December 31. Selection is based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
