Three Ayurveda diploma programmes

The LBS Centre for Science and Technology is accepting online applications for Kerala’s 2026–27 centralised admission process covering:

Diploma in Ayurveda Nursing
Diploma in Ayurveda Pharmacy
Diploma in Ayurveda Therapy

The application deadline was extended to August 31, 2026. The portal does not prominently display a closing time, so candidates who have not completed submission should act immediately.

Eligibility

For Diploma in Ayurveda Nursing, applicants must possess General Nursing and Midwifery qualification.

For Diploma in Ayurveda Pharmacy and Diploma in Ayurveda Therapy, applicants must have passed Plus Two or an equivalent examination.

The prospectus prescribes an upper age limit of 33 years for general-category candidates, 38 years for SC/ST candidates and 40 years for ex-service persons.

Diploma in Ayurveda Therapy also has specified physical standards. The prospectus states that persons with disabilities are not eligible for Ayurveda Therapy or Ayurveda Nursing. PwD reservation is addressed separately for the Ayurveda Pharmacy programme, subject to the prospectus conditions.

Application fee

The application fee is:

₹1,000 for General and SEBC candidates
₹500 for SC/ST candidates and eligible applicants receiving specified SC/ST benefits

Payment must be completed online. The prospectus states that the application fee is non-refundable.

Documents

Applicants must upload a recent photograph and documents supporting their date of birth, nativity, academic eligibility and reservation or concession claims.

Depending on the applicant, supporting documents may include the qualifying-examination mark list, non-creamy-layer certificate, community certificate, inter-caste marriage certificate, income certificate, EWS certificate or disability-related records.

The application is complete only after all supporting documents are uploaded, the self-declaration is accepted and final submission is completed. Candidates should retain the confirmation page but should not send it to LBS Centre by post or email.

Course duration

Ayurveda Nursing includes ten months of academic training followed by a two-month internship.

Ayurveda Pharmacy includes one year and six months of academic training followed by a two-month internship.

Ayurveda Therapy includes one year and six months of academic training followed by a six-month internship.

What students should do now

Register immediately, pay the applicable fee, upload every required certificate and complete final submission. Save the confirmation page and payment receipt before the portal closes.
