Agriculture entrance results available

The National Testing Agency has declared the ICAR AIEEA PG and AICE JRF/SRF PhD entrance examination results for the 2026–27 academic year.

Candidates can download their scorecards through the official ICAR examination portal. NTA has also published the final answer keys used for preparing the results.

The examinations were conducted on July 4, 2026, at 162 centres in 115 cities.

Candidate figures

A total of 42,110 candidates registered for the two examinations. This included 30,619 registrations for AIEEA PG and 11,491 for AICE JRF/SRF PhD.

Of the registered candidates, 38,720 appeared. The attendance figures consisted of 28,303 AIEEA PG candidates and 10,417 AICE JRF/SRF PhD candidates.

How to download the scorecard

Candidates should:

Visit the official ICAR examination portal hosted by NTA.
Select the applicable PG or PhD scorecard link.
Enter the required application credentials.
Check the displayed result carefully.
Download and save the scorecard.
Retain a printed copy for admission or counselling.

Candidates should also verify their application number, subject or discipline and score details.

Admission is handled separately

NTA’s role covers registration, conducting the examination, processing challenges and declaring results. Admission, counselling and document verification are handled according to ICAR and participating-institution procedures.

A scorecard does not by itself complete admission. Candidates should wait for the official counselling schedule and instructions from ICAR or the relevant participating institution.

They should keep the scorecard, application confirmation page, qualifying-degree records, category certificates and identity documents ready. Exact requirements should be checked against the applicable counselling notice.

Download the scorecard and final answer key from the official portal. Verify all details and monitor official ICAR and participating-institution websites for counselling, choice-filling, document-verification and admission schedules.
