Introduction
In compliance with the directive of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India,the Central Board Of Secondary Education,Delhi,would be conducting the All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Examination,2010. This entrance examination is being conducted exclusively for the 15% merit positions for the Medical/Dental Colleges of India as specified in the directive of the court and will be governed by the rules and regulations specified for the same by the Government of India,Ministry of Health and Family Welfare from time to time.
Eligibility and Qualifications
He/She has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course and is an INDIAN NATIONAL.
The upper age limit for All India Pre-Medical /Pre-Dental Entrance Examination is 25 years as on 31st December of the year of the entrance examination. Further provided that this upper age limit shall be relaxed by a period of 5 (five) years for the candidates of Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Classes.
The number of attempts which a candidate can avail at All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Examination shall be limited to 3 (three) uniformly for all the candidates.

Application form
Information Bulletin containing Application Form can be obtained on payment of Rs.800/- (General/OBC Category) or Rs. 450/- (SC/ST category) by cash, from any of the identified
branches of Canara Bank as per the list available at www.aipmt.nic.in The designated Banks will also charge Rs. 5/- as Service Charge for the sale of Information Bulletin.
Information Bulletin and Application Form can also be obtained from the following Regional Offices of CBSE against payment of Rs. 800/- (General/OBC) or Rs. 450/- (SC/ST).
Online submission of application may be made by accessing the Board’s website
www.aipmt.nic.in from 20-10-2009 (10.00 A.M.) to 27-11-2009 (5.00 P.M.). Instructions for sending online application, payment of fee and computer generated printout are available on the Board’s website.
